Offering one floor living, this very private cottage with its enclosed porch, is tucked away amidst perennial gardens and lawns, at the end of a quiet lane, just steps away to art galleries, movies, restaurants, Manchester’s Designer outlets, groceries, and the Northshire Book Store, considered to be one of the best privately owned bookstores in all of New England. Bromley and Stratton Mountain Ski Resorts are within a 15-25 minute drive.
Cozily furnished to a high standard, this 2-bedroom cottage (1 queen BR; 2nd BR: twin beds}, offers a complete kitchen, dining/living area and glass front wood-burning stove. Amenities include WiFi, dishwasher, w/d, cable TV, a/c, central heat, picnic table and BBQ.

Reservations/Deposits/Cancellation
Reservations are confirmed upon payment in full and must be secured by MasterCard or Visa at time of reservation. Cancellation: Deposit, less a $50.00 administrative fee, will be refunded if reservation is canceled at least 60 days prior to arrival date. 50% Deposit will be refunded if reservation is canceled with 45 to 60 days’ notice. With less than 45 days' notice, deposit cannot be refunded. NO SMOKING; NO PETS. Maximum occupancy: 4 persons.
